         This performance is in a “strange” da-da style, where the words are very often interpreted in the opposite way. In French da-da is a toy horse. Thus, in the performance, the little spectators are encouraged to play along with the actress and to spot discrepancies between words and actions, for example, declare making order when things are scattered out, and a bitter poison is described  as a sweetest ice cream...

"Two sisters ..." The idea got rise observing traditional Japanese femail dance jiutamai and contemplating texts of Gintaras Beresnevičius. Before the eyes of the public - two houses connected by a bridge. One is Japanese, the other - Lithuanian. Both women are telling two popular stories of their countries: in addition to the mysterious resonant tale "The Eyes of the Snake", saturated by Japanese onomatopoetics, an old Lithuanian myth "Egle- Bride of the Grass Snake" is unfolding in a new and unheard way. Although the stories are rather peculiar, the authors of the play convince us that they are based on the same universal values ...

Saulė Degutytė is the author of the idea and director of the play, Juta Pranulytė, the composer, Ligita Skukauskaitė, the costume designer, the cast includes actors S. Degutytė and Edita Zizaitė. Donatas Jokūbaitis, an art historian and the consultant for the play. The play includes texts addressed to juniors about King Mindaugas, Battle of Grunwald and Barbora Radvilaitė written by Gediminas Kulikauskas, a historian and publicist.

“Stalo teatras” invites junior school-age children and their parents to an educational entertainment event “Secrets from the Past” which consists of an excursion “Mindaugas, Kazimieras, Barbora and Others” in Vilnius Old Town (delivered by Donatas Jokūbaitis, an art historian and guide) and the play in the Art Printing House (Saulė Degutytė, the author of the idea and director). The play “Sekretai iš būtųjų laikų” (En. “Secrets from the Past”) depicts 4 Lithuanian historical episodes: coronation of King Mindaugas, Battle of Grunwald, stories of Barbora Radvilaitė and St. Casimir...

The play is intended for family and children over 6 years of age.

When children sit down in a tent, the Narrator tells a fairytale called “The Legend of the Christmas Rose” by a Swedish writer Selma Lagerlof. Have you heard it? A family of robbers have got a well-kept secret about a miraculous garden that starts to blossom right at the Christmas Eve...

The Numinous Trumpeter story based on children’s dreams and on books by Lithuanian writer Gasparas Aleksa and English writer Roald Dahl. The play is full of images and music, but is without words and is meant for children over 4 years of age.

The play features a puppet therapy method. Heroes of the book, the Man and the Woman, are unknowingly waiting for a new world miracle: a child. Dreams express inner world of the characters in the play. Roald Dahl's book The BFG (Big Friendly Giant) inspired the creators of the play. The troupe embraced the idea about a giant who collects dreams and can mix several dreams to create one and to blow it into an ear of a sleeping human...

The project was supported by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.

The fairy tales translated into Dzūkian and Samogitian dialects by Violeta Šoblinskaitė-Aleksa.

The play employs carvings made by folk artist Vladas Šiekštelė (1892–1978)

The plot of the family play “The Feast of Dialects” is full of anticipation for rain which is so typical of the Lithuanian climate. "A lyn?!" (in Samogitian dialect, En. "Is it raining?!")’ nameless characters ask shouting up to the sky. "Da ne!!!" (in Samogitian dialect, En. "Not yet!!!") they answer themselves....

Three women and a man – nameless characters – take turns to tell fairy tales. About a liar goat that deceived its owner, about paranoid forest animals afraid of the sky that is supposedly falling, about silly brothers who are trying to win over a princess’s heart with gifts...

The creation of the play was supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania.

The play is for family and for 4-14 year old children. Duration – 50 minutes.

This is the performance about the hero (Third brother) journey to the dreamland : if you really seek for something incredible, you will reach it despite of all challenges! Heroes of the show - five sweepers - remove dust from forgotten history of Vilnius, they sweep off all past calamities - fires, plague, wars etc. Historical memories of the city for many people are overshadowed by mundane noises and hubbub of daily worries. Day after day they are rushing along the pavement which tells them a true story of the city which is not from a textbook...

"Stork's Gift" is a musical ethnological performance for the family,the idea of which is based on "the tree of life", which meant the universal conception of the world to ancient Lithuanians. The tree of life grows in the middle of the world. Its branches embrace all the world, its top reaches the sky...

It is the synthesis of music, images and acting... According to the authors of the “The Lamb's Journey ” - it is a vision- performance. This story will make you believe that this lamb has a soul as yours - a soul of traveller and creator.

The show have visited many European cities. It pleased the audience from Luxembourg, Brussels, Copenhagen etc. Vision-performance "The lamb’s Journey" was performed at the International Chamber Puppet Theatres for Children festival “Moscow Holidays” in Moscow, Russia on 9th of March, 2011.
