“Mouse In Guitar” is a musical show for all the family, starring a puppet Mouse, which was created by Vladimir Zacharov. After traveling 4000 kilometers from city of Tomsk, Mouse, which smells of cedar, together with live guitar artist is creating a story. Once upon a time in a beautiful plain lived Mouse. He enjoyed the warmth of the Sun, listened to birds chirping, frogs clucking and in the warm summer nights saw dreams about love. But one day the tractors came and turned the plain into desert of tarmac. Mouse immediately set of for the wide world. After coming into a city, he settled in a land of sounds – music instruments shop.
In the scene you wont see neither birds flying above the wheat fields nor frogs jumping, tractors, which came to destroy the wonderful world of Mouse nor the strict shop keeper. All of that is created using the plastic of the puppet, musical sounds and simple everyday items. This “unconcreteness” lets the viewer improvise: one sees a thrumming car, other – flying “motorized” witch. Even soft “real” mouse feelings for computer “mouse” by different aged people are seen uneven. There is also a speechless dialog between actress and musician. Audience will hear guitar by Valdas Narkevičius, ringing music by Snieguolė Dikčiūtė and duet of Saulė Degutytė and Mouse.
Show length is 40 minutes.
